What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle Japanese form of energy healing that works with what's called universal life force energy.

It's the same quiet, steady energy that flows through all of us.

During a session, this energy is guided to where your body needs it most, helping you slow down, release tension, and come back into balance.

Most people don't come for the explanation, they come for the feeling. It's that deep exhale you didn't realise you needed. A sense of calm, warmth, and being completely held for a moment.
