When you purchase from our website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. 

SHIPPING

 

We endeavour to process and send our orders as quickly as possible. They are processed in the order that they are received as are readings. However, due to COVID, please be aware that there are delays in shipping which are out of our control. We appreciate your patience!

Our estimated processing time is 1-5 business days + shipping time

We use Sendle to ship our orders. In the event that you are not there to receive your parcel, a card is left and delivery is attempted 3 times. If your parcel is not collected, it is returned to us after 5 days of attempted deliveries and it can be re-delivered at your own cost once it is returned to us in its original condition. We will contact you to let you know the parcel has been returned to us. In the event that redelivery is not arranged, items will be put back online within 2 weeks without notice or refund.

We offer FREE Shipping Australia wide on orders over $99. In the unfortunate event that your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we will launch an investigation with Sendle, the customer needs to inform us of any damage on the day of receipt as sendle have a 1 business day after receipt policy to claim damages. Sendle will assess and if approved will cover the contents up to $100 value. We recommend adding insurance to your order over $100 for only $5 on checkout. This is not added by us and is solely the customers responsibility. We do not cover the difference and do not accept responsibility for damages or loss in transit. 

We are very conscious of the environment and try to use recycled shipping boxes when we can!

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are not responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Sendle directly via support@sendle.com 

  

We are currently clearing out our stock at 50% OFF storewide. This excludes crystals, stickers, sage, palo santo and ceramic hamsas.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for any reason. Please don't ask. 
If you have purchased furniture or heavy items that specify pick up only. It is the customers responsibility to arrange pick up.
Refunds will not be given for not reading the listing properly. If we have contacted you to arrange pick up and do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of contacting you, we reserve the right to re-list these items for sale without notice or refund.
If there are any problems with your order, you must contact us on the day of receipt of your order. No claims can be processed after this time. 
Tarot and Oracle Readings are not refundable before or after the reading has been ordered for any reason, including wrong choice, or not reading the listing properly. Each reading is clearly marked and explained.
